DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL
Providing relevant and courteous customer service in English, German, via e-mail & Chat.
Investigating and attempting to recreate potential issues, as well as reporting any concerns and findings to your Supervisor or development team.

Salary PLN 30/hour.
Working hours 15:00 - 21:00, minimum 1 day every week.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Very good English skills, especially in writing.
Proficiency (C1 level) in at least one of the following languages: German (Other language skills is a plus)
Willingness to help others, and being openminded, are both a must – otherwise, if you take the occasional
user complaints too personally, you might not enjoy your job.
Ability to work remotely or in the office in weekends.
Past experience in a Customer Service role.
Past experience with solving technical issues with games (Windows, Mac OS X and/or Linux).
Being a gamer yourself.
